Bogard Chang, Optometrist

Dr. Chang is a UCLA graduate, received his doctorate degree in Southern Californica College of Optometry. He has been an active member of American Optometric Association and California Optometric Assosiation for over 10 years. He also served as President for the South Bay Optometric Society. He is a member of the Lions Club in Los Angeles. Dr. Chang corrects many nearsighted vision by using the FDA approved CRT (corneal refractive therapy) lens without undergoing laser surgery. Dr. Chang dedicates his optometric service to mentally disables in boarding care facilities and elderly poplulation in convalsecent hospitals. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and watching basketball games.
